Sunil Gadhia from law firm Stephenson Harwood, is becoming the company’s chief executive officer. Gadhia was made a partner at Stephenson Harwood in 1997. He is a partner in the litigation group specialising in banking (including documentary credits disputes), asset-tracing, insolvency, professional negligence and cross-border litigation. He was heavily involved in the Maxwell pensions litigation and a number of other well-known cases including Banco Santander v Banque Paribas, Seaconsar Far East Limited v Bank Markazi and the Meat and Livestock Commission v Manchester Wholesale Meat and Poultry Market Limited.
