Anne Miglorine has joined Exiger, the global regulatory and financial crime risk and compliance firm, as director, based in its London office. She is responsible for advising financial and corporate institutions on financial crime compliance in trade finance operations.

Miglorine joins the company from Consiglia International, where she was a consultant and advised on trade finance issues. She was previously head of trade finance at Zenith Bank (UK), where she started up the trade finance division.

She has also held senior positions in trade finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe, Allied Irish Bank, ABC International Bank and London Trust Bank.

Miglorine is a vice-chair of the ICC UK Banking Technique and Practice Committee and a member of the ICC Banking Commission in Paris; has been a member of the Association of Foreign Banks’ Trade Finance Committee from its inception; a former chair of the ICC UK sub-committee for foreign banks in the City of London and was the UK representative on the consulting group for the last revision of International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Credits.
