Frank Fang has been named head of corporate banking, China, at Deutsche Bank.

He joins Deutsche from rival HSBC, where he held the same position. He spent 25 years with HSBC in a variety of product and client coverage roles.

Fang’s new responsibilities include managing the onshore and offshore corporate banking teams and client relationships. He will oversee all China corporate strategy.

Fang will report to Oliver Brinkmann, head of corporate finance for North Asia and Sanjiv Vohra, Asia Pacific head. He will also report to chief country officer for China, Feng Gao.
