Patrice Tournus, Crédit Agricole CIB’s global head of forfaiting, has retired after 25 years of working in the industry.

Stéphane Gonon and Philippe Massiani will now lead Crédit Agricole’s forfaiting business within its export and trade finance product line. The pair will report to Daniel Vignial, the bank’s executive director.

Tournus will remain a member of the ICC’s uniform rules for forfaiting drafting group.

He joined Crédit Agricole as global head of forfaiting when the bank acquired Crédit Lyonnais in 2004.
