Nick Shaw, head of trade finance at BBVA in Brazil, is transferring to the bank’s office in Hong Kong. He will be responsible for BBVA’s global trade finance operations for China and the surrounding region including Taiwan and Korea, as part of the bank’s increasing efforts in Asia.

Erika Claro Glorigiano will replace Shaw in Sao Paulo, who was already a product manager in Global Trade Finance at BBVA Sao Paulo. She has been promoted to head the unit there.

In addition to Tokyo, led by Shinji Higashihara, BBVA also has trade finance offices in Hong Kong.
