Founders sell shares in SFC Forfaiting

Banca Popolare dell “Emilia Romagna of Modena in Italy and Castellucci & Partners of Milan have sold their entire shareholding in SFC Swiss Forfaiting Company Ltd, based in Zurich.
Both had founded SFC in May 2001.
