Citi led the way this year, securing first place as the leading bank globally for documentary processing services, as well as the leading trade services bank in North America.
Representing the non-bank sector, China Systems scooped the accolade of leading IT provider of trade finance software, closely followed by Surecomp, Misys, and CGI. Standard Chartered, HSBC, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank all had good showings across most categories. Meanwhile Santander, closely followed by BBVA, took the honours for Latin America.
