Russia and Germany have signed an agreement to improve their trade relations and gain better access to finance.

The Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (Exiar), Euler Hermes and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have inked an international and transaction-related co-operation agreement and a memorandum of understanding on consulting services.

Under these agreements, the companies will together assess German and Russian export credit insurance risks, and will support Russian and German export projects by third party countries.
