Akbank has signed a 367-day, dual tranche syndicated loan agreement worth a total of over US$1.5bn.
The facility is divided in a US$370.4mn and a €783.5mn tranche, priced at libor 0.87% and euribor 0.75% respectively.
The loan will be used for trade finance purposes.
