Agnes Quek has joined EuroFin Asia Pte as Singapore senior account manager. Quek will focus on the development of the Singapore SME/SMI client base to enhance the company’s penetration of the local market.
Before joining EuroFin Asia, Quek worked for the Economic Development Board of Singapore under the ministry of trade and industry during which time she was involved with the incubation unit to grow emerging industries in Singapore. She was focusing on commodities and raw material oriented companies.
“We are extremely pleased that Agnes has joined us,” says EuroFin’s Christian Stauffer. “Her experience in dealing with local companies and sound know how of the local environment is bound to be of great benefit to our development in Singapore. We are a Singapore company with a regional business and we are very committed to assist more in the development of SME/SMI in Singapore”.
Supporting the growth and strategic importance of its business in China, Francois Dotta will soon be moving to Shanghai aiming at establishing a first permanent representation of EFA Group Pte Ltd in China. Dotta will be heading the Chinese business on the ground while reporting to Singapore.
“After more than a year spent in Singapore covering various countries and business we felt it was time for Francois to move on to different skies and take the lead of a country responsibility. It is a big challenge but we are very confident of Francois “capabilities and adaptation to the Chinese market” says Stauffer.
