ICICI Bank has signed a US$200mn line of credit with Kexim, the South Korean export credit agency.

The facility brings the total volume of credit lines signed between the two institutions to US$1bn – Kexim’s single-largest credit line relationship with a partner bank.

The credit line will be drawn down through ICICI’s Hong Kong branch, and will be used to finance the bank’s clients that have business relationships with, or are subsidiaries of, or have joint ventures with, Korean companies.
