Insurance broker Arthur J Gallagher has acquired Singaporean broking house ITI Trade Solutions.

The new firm will trade under the name Gallagher Singapore as a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher International.

The representative office will be headed up by Freddie Lim who was chief executive officer of ITI.

Gallagher Singapore will offer clients broking services across a number of sectors including trade credit insurance, political risk and marine cargo.
