Chris Boadle has joined JP Morgan as head of trade for Australia and New Zealand. He will be based in Sydney.

Boadle has more than 20 years of international banking experience, having worked at ANZ, ABN Amro and, most recently, Commonwealth Bank where he was responsible for the origination and development of trade finance solutions and strategies for financial institutions and corporates.

In his new role, Boadle will leverage his considerable experience in classical trade, structured trade, risk management and e-commerce to bring JP Morgan’s trade solutions to multinationals, large Australian corporates and financial institutions.

He will also be responsible for managing, developing and executing new opportunities for Vastera product solutions in Australia and New Zealand. Vastera is JP Morgan’s supply chain solutions company.

Boadle reports to Asif Raza, Asia-Pacific trade head of JP Morgan based in Singapore.
