Falcon names Americas director
Boutique finance company Falcon Group has appointed Juan Carlos Uribe as its regional director for the Americas.
Before joining Falcon, Uribe spent eight years at DF Deutsche Forfait as managing director for the Americas.
Previously, he worked as head of distribution at Banco Santander in London.
Based in Miami, Uribe will be responsible for originating deals from across the Americas.
Commenting on the new role, he says: “Their (Falcon’s) financial dynamic structures, solid funding and portfolio strategy make it an extremely exciting opportunity for me, and an attractive proposition for corporates seeking alternative sources of funding. Falcon’s track record and secured funding-base are particularly well positioned at the moment, as many banks are continuing to reduce facilities to their clients.”
