CRBD upgrades to Misys BankFusion

Last Updated April 15, 2010

Tanzania’s CRBD bank is the latest in a string of institutions to implement the Misys BankFusion Universal Banking platform.

The bank, which has a network of over 50 branches across Tanzania, is hoping that the new upgrade will help the bank to open 10 new branches per year.

CRDB’s managing director, Charles Kimei, says: “We needed the most advanced solution on the market that provided better risk management. We are delighted that Misys has been able to deliver these capabilities which will help us meet our growth plans and equip us to deal with the unexpected.”
