Günther Lindenlaub has been appointed head of syndications/asset sales department at RZB. Lindenlaub started his banking career in Creditanstalt in 1994, where he gathered substantial experience in international corporate, trade and project finance. He joined RZB’s syndication team in 1999 and became deputy head in 2002.

His new deputy will be Semih Oezcan. Oezcan started his career as export manager in a trading company before he moved on to the banking business, taking positions in project and trade finance in Girozentrale and as division head of credit/trade finance and forfaiting in Denizbank (formerly Esbank), Vienna. He joined RZB in 2002, where he headed the Turkish desk as senior manager, financial institutions and sovereigns.

Lindenlaub follows Feldscher who has moved on internally and been appointed deputy head of asset and liability management of Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG (Raiffeisen International). He had been with the syndications department for seven years and headed it for four years.

Raiffeisen International, 100 per cent owned by RZB, is the holding company for RZB’s most important subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.
