Bernhard Utters has left Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank (HVB) Munich, where he was head of export finance for Africa.
He is setting up his own consultancy for long-term structured and export finance from and to Africa.
Utters served HVB for more than 26 years and has in-depth experience in all types of structured export finance for Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe, including Turkey.
He is relpaced by Jutta Baumgartner, vice-president.
