Bank of India has borrowed US$100mn for one year through mandated arrangers Credit Lyonnais, DBS Bank, Natexis Banques Populaires and Standard Chartered. The arrangers all held on to US$10mn each.

Arrangers are Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Industrial Commercial Bank of China and United Overseas Bank with commitments of US$9.5mn each.

Co-arrangers are Banca di Roma and Chinatrust Commercial Bank (Offshore Banking) with US$5mn each.

Lead managers are Banca Intesa, Bank Muscat, Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank and UniCredito Italiano (Singapore) with US$3mn each.
