AIG are hiring an Administrator to support the Trade Credit product tower and will have a wide scope of support activities to the underwriting team.
The role will have a significant impact upon customers and broker perception of the business’ service levels and a material impact on revenue and cash flow. The administration role involves direct daily interaction with the underwriting teams and Trade Credit brokers.
Key responsibilities will involve invoicing, providing policy information, setting up new policies, paying third parties (Brokers, Suppliers and Re-insurers), chasing outstanding Service Fees and providing MI.
Key Skills and experience required –
•An understanding of insurance and underwriting
•Experienced administrator in a similar role
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established service level agreements
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to work in and effectively adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
