Law firm Clyde & Co has appointed Michael Horn as a partner in its Singapore office.
Horn was previously chief risk officer at PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, and before that he worked for Financial Security
Assurance as managing director and associate general counsel.
With more than 20 years of experience working in the infrastructure, transportation and structured finance sectors, Horn has significant experience in dealing with cross-border investments across Asia.
