  • FBN Bank expands STF team

FBN Bank has hired Bajide Bode-Harrison as a business development manager.

Bode-Harrison will be responsible for structured trade finance (STF) deals, predominantly in Africa.

Before joining FBN Bank, Bode-Harrison worked on Nedbank London’s STF desk for over two years.

He has also worked at Nigeria’s Guaranty Trust Bank, followed by a brief role at the Development Bank of Singapore.

Speaking of his plans in the role, Bode-Harrison tells GTR: “This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting and dynamic structured trade and commodity finance team here at FBN Bank. I aim to help set in stone the team and bank’s franchise on the global trade map.

“While our focus is predominantly on Africa, we will follow our client’s needs up and down the supply chain to work out the most beneficial way to assist their business.”
