VTB provides loan to Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works

Russia’s VTB Bank has extended a one-year Rb4bn (US$143.90mn) loan to Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK), one of the largest enterprises of the Russian steel industry.
