Syndication closes on Kazakh's Samruk Energy deal

Kazakh's Samruk Energy has secured a syndicated term loan facility to fund its acquisition of 50% of all shares in Forum Muider, the owner of Bogatyr Access Komir, one of the largest coal mining companies in Kazakhstan.
