JBIC signs first untied loan to Vietnam

The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) has signed an untied loan agreement of up to ¥11bn with Vietracimex Lao Cai Electric, a Vietnamese firm guaranteed by the government of Vietnam.
