Syncada hires ex-RBS trade expert

Technology provider Syncada from Visa has hired Mike Bellardine as global head of product solutions. He will be based in Minneapolis, USA.

Bellardine joins from RBS where he was senior vice-president and director of global trade outsourcing services.
He brings to the role 20 years experience in designing global trade finance offerings and financial solutions.

In his new role, he will lead the Syncada product solutions team as well as play a key role in enhancing Syncada’s trade finance capabilities.

"Syncada's history demonstrates its highly perceptive insight into the financial supply chain industry. The challenge is not only to help clients now, but also to anticipate the impact of future demands of globalisation, regulation, and economic condition. It is exciting to join Syncada on this journey,” comments Bellardine.

Syncada from Visa is a joint venture between Visa and US Bank. It is a business-to-business network for financial institutions aiming to help clients manage their financial supply chains. Financial institutions can use Syncada to deliver standardised invoice processing and payment with integrated financing to clients.
