Citi has launched its latest mobile banking tool to provide clients with information on the processing status of their trade transactions.
Citi’s Trade Advisor tool is now available on the bank’s online banking mobile platform, CitiDirect.
The tool will provide transaction information to all parties engaged in trade flow, including transaction updates for letters of credit, documentary collections and enhanced open accounts.
The new solution will also allow Citi’s clients to receive alerts and create, authorise, release and delete batch payments for straight through processing.
