Banca Transilvania mandates for IFC-backed deal

Banca Transilvania in Romania have mandated IFC, Commerzbank, Landesbank Berlin, Mashreqbank, RZB, Bank Austria Creditanstalt (acting under the name UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking) and Wachovia Bank to arrange a syndicated loan facility.
