  • WFW recruits structured finance partner

Mehraab Nazir has joined the London office of Watson, Farley and Williams (WFW) as a partner in the firm's international project and structured finance group.

Mehraab arrives from the London office of CMS Cameron McKenna and will advise on all aspects of structured and asset finance with a focus on aviation, shipping, rail and recycling equipment. He has experience advising on cross-border operating lease transactions, debt financing, joint ventures, insolvencies and restructurings and has hosted international seminars on topics including asset financing and leasing in Russia.

"We are delighted to welcome Mehraab who adds to the depths of our rail and aircraft asset finance capability and we are certain that he will make a great contribution to the continued success of the group,” comments Evan Stergoulis, head of the international project and structured finance group.
