BLG promotes Walsh

Barlow Lyde and Gilbert (BLG), a law firm specialising in international insurance, has announced the promotion of associate director Pádraig Walsh to partner.

Walsh specialises in corporate and commercial transactional and advisory matters, including banking and trade finance. He is also conversant on regulatory matters relating to the Hong Kong stock exchange, Hong Kong monetary authority and securities and futures commission, as well as manufacturing, distribution and other commercial agreements.
