Alfa Bank club deal closes

Ukraine's Alfa Bank has signed a US$25.5mn trade-related club finance facility via mandated lead arrangers Arap Turk Bankasi, Banque de Commerce et de Placements, GarantiBank International, Mashreq Bank and Turkiye Is Bankasi.

The financing is structured as a club deal, with a margin of 275 basis points, and a one-year tenor. GarantiBank acted as facility agent.

Alfa Bank registered in Ukraine in January 2001, and it ranks among the country's top ten banks in terms of assets.
