The Russian Copper Company is back in the market with a US$300mn term loan being arranged by mandated lead arrangers BNP Paribas and Natixis. It carries a 3.5-year tenor. The facility offers a top-level fee of 65 basis points for commitments of US$25mn or more for lead arrangers. Arrangers could participate for a commitment fee of 40bp and commitments ranging from US$15-24mn.
It pays a margin of 225bp over Libor, and funds are for refinancing and general working capital.
