TradeBeam appoints global sales VP

TradeBeam, a leading provider of global trade management (GTM) software and services, has appointed James Leffel as the company's new executive vice president of global sales and marketing.

"Jim's breadth and depth of sales experience and his reputation as a closer, team builder and executive manager will drive TradeBeam's successful execution over the coming months and years," comments Graham Napier, president and CEO of TradeBeam.

Leffel has 23 years of experience managing building and managing sales organizations at leading technology companies. He started his career with Compuware and has also held the role of vice president of North American sales at MarkLogic.

"With the uncertain global economy and tighter budgets, the need for TradeBeam's comprehensive global trade management platform will only increase as companies look to eliminate every bit of friction from their trade processes and ensure against costly delays and fines," comments James Leffel.

TradeBeam is a GTM software and services company providing on-demand solutions that streamline global trading. TradeBeam's integrated solution provides import and export compliance and visibility including inventory management, shipment tracking, and supply chain event management, as well as global trade finance solutions such as open account and letter of credit management.
