Law firm Norton Rose has appointed Stephen Begley as an energy and asset finance partner in its Hong Kong office. He moves from Lovells where he was Of Counsel and specialised in energy-related project finance, gas, LNG, coal and refinancing oil products.
He joined Lovells in 2005, but previously worked for Norton Rose in its London and Singapore offices having joined the firm in 1994 as a trainee.
During his time at Norton Rose he worked in shipping finance, projects and energy.
