KME Group signs credit line mandate

KME Group has mandated Mediocredito Centrale (part of the Unicredit Group) to finalise a long-term credit facility for € 103mn to finance the group's international investment programme and its acquisitions between 2007 and 2009.

"This transaction is designed to support our long-term strategy to strength the KME Group leadership position in the international markets, in higher return and value-added businesses and to consolidate the group results,” comments Vincenzo Manes, KME's executive vice president.
