Slovenian bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) has mandated BayernLB, HSH Nordbank, ING Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, LBBW, Lloyds TSB, RZB, and the Royal Bank of Scotland to arrange a €500mn term loan facility.
The loan carries a one-year tenor, and pays a margin of 30 basis points per year. Repayment is due in bullet form and the loan proceeds will be used for the refinancing of existing facilities and general funding purposes.
NLB is the largest Slovenian bank group with a 31.4% market share. It is also the strongest rated bank in the Central and Eastern European region.
