PrivatBank closes syndicated deal

Initial mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BayernLB and UniCredit have signed a US$200mn syndicated term loan facility for PrivatBank in

  • Ukraine.

    The facility carries a tenor of 364 days, plus a 364 day extension on the discretion of lenders. It pays a margin of 75 basis points, and repayment is required in bullet form.

    Joining during syndication as mandated lead arrangers are Commerzbank and SMBC. Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank International is a lead arranger. Arrangers are the Bank of New York, GarantiBank International, JPMorgan Chase, KBC, National Bank of Egypt, And UBS. Co-managers are Banco Popular Espanol and Landesbank Saar.
