Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) has made changes to its global transaction services (GTS) team.

Jennifer Boussuge has been named treasury fulfilment, service and operations executive, global technology and operations, a role for which she will relocate to New York in the next few months. She was previously the head of BofAML’s GTS Emea franchise, based in London. Before that, she was also head of GTS sales.

Matthew Davies has been promoted to head of GTS Emea. His most recent role was that of co-head of product management for GTS Emea, but before that he was head of strategic solution delivery, head of strategic relationships and head of corporate sales for GTS Emea.

Paul Taylor, head of sales for GTS Emea, is taking on broader responsibility as head of global corporate sales for GTS.

“These appointments are testament to the strong talent we have at the firm and our commitment to promote from within,” the bank says in an email statement.
