Description

  • Responsible for the successful implementation of core payment processing system and overall management of Correspondent Banking Operations in Taipei
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial laws, government regulations and bank’s operational policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Head of Operations, the other LOBs, and the other branches in order to provide quality service to customers
  • Assist Head of Operations to ensure the Taipei Branch operations staff are adequately trained for their tasks and meet annual training requirements.
  • Assist Taipei Head of Operations managing the size of 100+ Operations including Trade, RCS/TPS, Correspondent Banking Operations and Administration to ensure efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the Bank policy and government regulations.

Skills

  • University degree in Business Management or related discipline with 10 years’ experience or matriculation with 15 years’ experience of which 10 years in managerial level
  • Practical experience in wholesale banking Operations
  • Good knowledge in workflow technology and system environment
  • Able to work under a high technology and fasts changing environment
  • Strong understanding and knowledge to office productivity and efficiency
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong management and analytical skills with good presentation.
